Cancellations

You can cancel an order from My Orders while it is pending, confirmed or processing. Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled online.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us with your order number. Our team will review the request and let you know the next steps.

Refunds

• Refunds for approved cancellations and returns are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay.
• Once a refund is processed, the time for it to reach your account depends on your bank or card provider.
